Mardi Gras Thursday- face painting, dancing, bounce houses, parade, and fireworks, SO MUCH FUN!

Our great friends were back from
Hong Kong for the summer, so we met them at
Baytowne to have dinner and drinks. They have such a exciting interesting life over there, so we there was a lot to catch up on.

okay- this was not a
Baytowne, but a
restaurant we went to one night. This lady was name Giggles and she did face painting and balloons. Well, I think while she was not being Giggles, she spent most of her day at the bar smoking 2 packs a day! You should have heard her laugh (Bryan said she sounded like Marge Simpson's sister. I have no idea, but he said she sounds just like her). It was funny (and gross!)

The Coconut Band was there last year. They have a box of instruments that the kids can use and get on stage. They play great music and they kids love it. So we made sure to go back this year for CC and Emory to dance the night away

she love the trampoline!

My aunt Pat and uncle Paul
We spent 3 nights at
Baytowne Wharf. There is so much to do there for kids and great
restaurants.
the first night we got to the beach, we headed there so the girls
could listen to the Coconut Band. The second night we went it was
just Bryan and me. We met
Heather and Blair . The third night, my parents, Di, Pat, and Paul went to a nice dinner while Bryan and I took the girls to the
Mardi Gras night. My parents met us later to party!
